Product Questions & Answers

Q:how do i open when cold 2010 gmc 1500 radiator cap on radiator ?
MARK F.
A:BEST ANSWERHi Mark, I'm pleased to assist you. It is acceptable to remove the radiator cap when it is cold, but not when it is hot. You can use gloves or a large heavy cloth to protect yourself. Turn the radiator cap counterclockwise, without pushing down, to the first stop. This allows any remaining pressure in the cooling system to be released. After the pressure is released, push down on the cap and turn it until it comes off. Click on the link below to order at 62% off the regular price today while supplies last. I hope this is helpful.
